Anna Comas-Quinn, Lecturer in Spanish and Teaching Fellow in OER at the Open University, UK, recently shared via the OER forum mailing list an announcement of the publication of the new book she co-edited with Ana Beaven and Barbara Sawhill, Case Studies of Openness in the Language Classroom. From her announcement:
We are delighted to announce the publication of Case Studies of Openness in the Language Classroom. The book is a compilation of case studies written by practitioners in different educational settings, each of whom is exploring the concept of openness in language teaching and learning. It is structured in five sections, covering open tools for collaboration, sharing resources, sharing practices, collaborative learning and student-generated content, and learner autonomy.
The book is available under a creative commons license for free download.
