Do you feel like you are missing out on the MOOC revolution not because you lack the four to six hours a week to devote to a course, but because you don’t have the time AND access to a high speed connection to the internet at the same time?

We get it.  A lot of the time we have to devote to learning is time during commutes or down time between other obligations.  We also know that most of the world still does not enjoy persistent high speed internet.  We know that if the MOOC movement is going to truly be global, it has to be appropriate to global infrastructure.
